1. Micropropagation & Plant Regeneration – Techniques for shoot induction, rooting, and acclimatization.
2. Somatic Embryogenesis & Callus Culture – Development of embryos from somatic cells and undifferentiated tissue cultivation.
3. Cryopreservation & Germplasm Conservation – Long-term storage of plant tissues for conservation.
4. Genetic Transformation & In Vitro Selection – Transgenic plant development and trait selection.
5. Tissue Culture for Crop & Medicinal Plants – Enhancing agricultural and medicinal plant production.
6. Secondary Metabolite & Biofuel Production – Optimizing culture for valuable compounds and biofuels.
7. Scaling Up & Bioreactor Systems – Large-scale commercial plant tissue culture methods.
